Emrill’s revenues for the 2018-19 financial year stood at $130m (AED479m). Some of the major projects the company is involved in over the next 12 months are Emaar Properties (across Emaar Communities) where the scope include FM services, security, concierge, lifeguard & swimming pool maintenance; Dubai Airports (Terminal 3, Concourse A, B & C), where the scope includes cleaning & janitorial services; various IFM projects for Wasl Asset Management, among several others.
With over 7,500 directly employed staff, the company offers a full range of hard and soft FM and manned security services with innovative solutions tailored to support its clients, including cutting-edge energy solutions and real-time performance management systems.
Stuart Harrison, CEO, says: “The biggest opportunity for Emrill is to become an undisputed leader in customer service, meeting its clients’ ever-evolving needs in a challenging market.
Generally speaking, a customer’s experience with a business will be at its best leading up to and during the sale of products and services. From that point, the interaction typically declines as many businesses devote more time to new sales opportunities.
“In today’s competitive environment, Emrill understands that whether delivering services to existing customers or interacting with potential customers, keeping them happy and meeting expectations is critically important.”
In 2019, Emrill announced its theme for the year: Becoming Future Ready. In current market conditions, Emrill is focused on staying ahead of the game and collaborating closely with existing and potential clients to explore and implement ideas and services, with the aim of meeting client needs to establish and develop value partnerships.
