Emrill, a UAE-based facilities management services provider, has reported an increase in revenue growth of 18.3% in 2022.
The growth is due to the company’s focus on retaining existing contracts and securing new ones through operational strategies and a commitment to service excellence. Emrill has reported an increase of 41.6% in retained contracts for 2022 and has provided total facilities management services across 205 contracts.
Emrill has renewed 153 contracts in sectors such as residential, commercial, logistics, retail, healthcare, aviation, hospitality, and education. The company has also won 52 new contracts across various sectors. Emrill’s top three performing sectors in contracts retained and won were residential, commercial, and logistics.
The company has developed innovative platforms such as Techsphere and applications like the Effy App to deliver its services more efficiently. Emrill’s CEO, Stuart Harrison, attributes the company’s success in revenue growth, retaining contracts, and securing new contracts to its dedication to providing service excellence in the FM landscape.
