1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DesQ Space platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DesQ Space provides workspace management tools including desk booking, check-in/check-out, calendar integration, analytics, and team coordination. The Service is provided “as is” for authorized employees of subscribing organizations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate workplace booking and management purposes. You shall not:

  • Share your credentials with unauthorized persons
  • Attempt to disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Book resources you do not intend to use (“ghost bookings”)
  • Circumvent any booking policies set by your organization

5. Data Privacy

We collect and process workplace data (booking history, check-in times, location data) as necessary to provide the Service. Data is processed in accordance with your organization’s data protection policies and applicable law. Personal data is not shared with third parties without consent.

6. Calendar & Microsoft Integration

When you connect your Microsoft account, we access only the permissions explicitly granted (calendar, presence, email) and only for the purposes described. You can revoke access at any time through your Microsoft account settings.

7. Booking Policies

Your organization may enforce policies including auto-cancellation for no-shows, advance booking limits, and approval workflows. These are configured by your administrator and apply to all users.

8. Intellectual Property

The DesQ Space platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Ubrixy Technologies. Your organization’s license grants usage rights only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ubrixy Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
