Responsible to oversee the technical standards of Emrill Services LLC by utilizing expertise in mechanical and electrical systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual, local, and international standards to facilitate the safe and efficient delivery of technical services by Emrill’s FM teams.

• Acts as a point of escalation for ongoing maintenance service issues and liaises with clients
• Promote and comply with HSSEQ and client policies to foster a positive health and safety culture
• Motivates technical teams and fosters a culture of collaboration and excellence in line with Emrill values
• Set technical competence standards and promote innovation to add value and reduce costs
• Develop and deliver technical training and support bid teams in technical strategy and risk management
• Collaborate with business development teams on new products, efficiency, and innovation to expand the business

What are we looking for?

• Degree/Post Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Membership in a professional body with intermediate level qualifications is preferable
• Minimum of 10 years of managerial and/or technical experience in a similar field
• Possesses knowledge of providing facilities management services to a broad range of customers
• Track record of managing technical teams and/or providing support to a professional function
• Must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills
