Emrill’s objectives are to protect the clients built assets by managing and executing maintenance works in a safe and efficient manner. Also, to achieve high standards of performance through the introduction of a planned preventive maintenance regime and when defects do occur, provide a responsive and reactive repair service.
All our maintenance services are provided in-house using experienced management, supervisory and directly employed technical staff based at our client’s premises or who visit on a planned basis. A full 24 hour, 365 day call out service is also part of the service.
Our ability to perform the vast majority of tasks in house coupled with modern planning, scheduling and maintenance techniques enables us to provide a flexible, cost effective and responsive service to the smallest, largest or most complex of buildings.
