Our service package holders receive priority treatment and are able to call upon the services of Emrill at any time of the day or night (whether or not the problem is covered by the package) and enjoy preferential rates. Our Home Owner packages are as follows:
Initial Package Villa (2 to 6 bedrooms - prices starting from AED 400 per month)
Includes periodic servicing of all AC, mechanical equipment and electrical safety check checks plus prioritised Call Out’s with a one hour emergency response and annual Water Tank cleaning.
Signature Package Villa (2 to 6 bedrooms - prices starting from AED 500 per month)
As per the Initial Package plus unlimited emergency call out’s and monthly Window Cleaning.
Signature Package Apartment (Studio to 5 bedroom - prices from AED 100 per month)
Includes periodic servicing of your AC, electrical and plumbing system plus prioritised unlimited emergency callouts.
Signature Platinum Package Villa (Prices dependant upon requirements)
Same as Signature Package but designed to meet the needs of larger or individually designed villa’s which are tailored to meet specific Home Owner requirements.
Our customers who are non package holders may call upon the services of Emrill and we will try to respond as quickly as possible, a call out fee will apply.
Call Out’s can be for any reason and our mobile service units are equipped to deal with the following and we will endeavour to provide a first time repair (subject to the availability of parts).
Call Outs are typically for:
→ Blocked Drains
→ Inadequate Water Pressure
→ Water Leaks
→ Electrical Faults
→ Air Conditioning Problems
→ Masonry and Carpentry
Home improvements
In addition to the above, we also provide a Home Improvement service and can undertake a wide range of modifications, installations, refurbishments and extensions.
