Just to follow up on the work that Imran and his team did on 19-20 June to replace the boiler in my kitchen and repair the ceiling. I’d like to report that they were very professional and did a very good job. I can barely se the join in the ceiling between the old and new sections. Please pass on my thanks to them.

I wanted to let you know that the Team that provided the installation of 7 pieces of both our Indoor and Outdoor Ceiling fans at the Black Palace last week did an excellent job under difficult circumstances. The gentlemen that worked on this project quickly took on a task and made it look like the process was an assembly line. They were professional, responsible, and truly worked as a Team. The end result was that the job was completed the same day and the customer was happy and is expecting to purchase even more ceiling fans from us.
Although I thanked them for a job well done at the time, I would appreciate it if you would please pass on my appreciation to them once again and tell them to keep up the excellent work!

I have just had the paintwork for my Villa in Meadows completed using the services of Emrill. I have infact been using Emrill off and on for the past 4 years, though mostly for paint and polish work. I would like to commend your team for an excellent job once again on my villa this week led by Bala.

I write to let you know of the excellent service and customer care that I have received from your supervisor at Dubai Marina, Mr Chandra whilst working on my Apartment.
He has been most helpful in the refurbishment of the bathroom and decoration, with ensuring the work undertaken was carried out quickly and with the minimum of disruption and always cleaning up afterwards in a meticulous and careful way. He has always been polite and courteous and its been a pleasure to deal with him. A very good advertisement for Emrill in a time when often the opposite is the norm.

I wanted to drop you a line to give you some feedback on your Team that provided the installation of 17 pieces of our Outdoor Ceiling fans at Caramel Restaurant at DIFC. The gentlemen worked from 11pm on Wednesday straight through until after 9am on Thursday morning.
Each one of the guys quickly took on a task and made it look like the process was an assembly line. They were professional, responsible, and truly worked as a Team. The end result was that the job was completed in record time in less than ideal conditions and the customer was happy.

I am a new resident of Marina Quays. I would like to express my gratitude towards those employees who assisted me this week.
Especially;
:- Sohel Rana who identified the location and caught the rat. He was instrumental in keeping a proper vigil while cleaning the lift lobby area.
:- Anup Ramachandran who played a key role in organizing the right people at the right time.
I had an issue with my apartment with rats in my kitchen. As you can imagine this was a very serious situation that needed to be attended to quickly and efficiently. The employees acted in a very professional and courteous way when helping me to locate, trap and remove the rat from my apartment for which I am very grateful for.
Please convey my thanks towards them.

We have been residents of Al Nakheel at Greens for the past 6 years and have seen a remarkable improvement in the quality of service and the response time since Guru has been assigned his current role.
