Emrill staff benefit from a dedicated Employee Welfare Manager whose absolutely priority is to ensure that the needs and interests of employees are listened to and continuously facilitated. The Welfare team manages a variety of events such as sports meets, tournament matches and internal social activities including the Annual Emrill Carnival which is a festival of sporting and recreational activities that take place over a period of 3 months. This is our largest event annually with employees competing in 34 events including swimming, football, volleyball, cricket, dancing, and painting to represent their sites.

recognises employees who have completed 5 years of continuous service in appreciation of their loyalty and dedication awarding a gold coin. ‘Loyalty Awards’ are also given to employees who have completed a year of service with five lucky winners each receiving an air ticket to their homeland.
is presented to individual site based efforts towards improvements and ideas that have been implemented. Winners are selected in several categories including Safety, Quality, Cost and Sustainability.
