At Emrill, we are
proud of the cleanliness, the hygiene standards and the facilities that we enjoy
in our staff accommodation. Not only do we ensure that our accommodation is above
average but the catering standards are such that the vast majority of our people
eat in the camps rather than at the outlets nearby. We also provide the full services
of a doctor to deal with the sick and the poorly.
We go further, providing an Internet Cafe, a Gymnasium, a Games room, Volley Ball,
Basket Ball and organising a series of competitions throughout the year which are
extremely popular with both the participants and their vociferous supporters! Additionally,
our “English as a Second Language” classes remain fully subscribed and our Arts
& Dance classes are very popular. Interestingly, the Arts and Dance classes
are led by Emrill people who were once employed as cleaners but, when their hidden
talents became evident, they leapt at the opportunity to run the classes.
Of course, there is always room for improvement and our senior managers carry out
regular accommodation inspections with the objective of improving standards even
further.
