Emrill’s security staff are licensed by the Police and have undergone both mandatory police and internal Emrill training. All our security staff are licensed, confident and competent in the performance of their duties.
Prior to the deployment of our guards, we undertake a full site security survey to ensure that all potential shortcomings in physical security are mitigated. This ensures that all our clients receive a ‘fit for purpose’ service that is requirement (not resource) driven, innovative and cost effective.
Emrill provide security services as part of a wider facilities offering as well as on a single service basis. We provide security to all sectors of business and commerce, master communities and private developers including some very high profile and secure establishments.
We pay particular attention to securing, deploying and retaining the right people. Our unique training programmes, management support systems and commitment to staff development have resulted in Emrill’s security division having one of the most loyal, well trained and thoroughly professional workforces in the industry.
We have established systems and procedures governing all our activities. These cover every aspect of our business from recruitment to finance, management to service delivery, health and safety and the environment through to site specific post descriptions and instructions.
