We’re looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Manager.

 

We are looking for an experienced and qualified professional to fill the vacancy of Marketing Manager based in Dubai. The profile holder will be responsible for developing and implementing the Strategic Marketing Plans for Emrill Services and its brands to ensure consistency and communications and visibility across the relevant target audiences. Assist in the development of Market intelligence and Strategic insights for the consumer and corporate brand and identify market opportunities and build the brand. Making sure to handle internal/external communications to the company including Digital Marketing and management of a PR agency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the Emrill, Emrill Energy and MPLUS+ brand marketing strategy and implementation plan in line with growth objectives for the company.
  • Ensure brand awareness and position in market is maintained through effective marketing campaigns, and participation in trade and community events.
  • Monitor and compile FM market Intelligence through research avenues available in order to keep in touch with developing trends in facility services market and demand.
  • Establish systems for marketing measurement and provide monthly reports to Senior Management team.
  • Manage Internal Communications to ensure effectiveness and adherence to branding and corporate guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance through audits across the company for branding and communications guidelines.

 

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
  • Shall possess necessary project and strategy experience in marketing and a minimum of 4
  • years marketing experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of working in and with marketing agencies and specialist
  • media communication vehicles. (Media, PR, BTL and ATL)
  • Aware of the trends in the market-place and seeks to deepen knowledge of industry issues
  • and drivers.
